1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Hank-e ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Hank-e app or website, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Hank-e.

2. Who can use Hank-e

You can use Hank-e only if all of these are true:

• You're at least 18 years old, and old enough to use a dating service where you live.
• You've never been convicted of a sexual offense or a violent crime, and you aren't required to register as a sex offender anywhere.
• We haven't previously removed you from Hank-e.
• Using Hank-e is legal where you are.

3. Your account

• One account per person. Your profile must be you: your real age and photos of yourself.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Your account is for personal use, not for promoting a business or service.

4. Community rules

Hank-e exists for adults to explore kink with consent. Everything here rests on that. You must not:

• Involve minors in any way. No one under 18, and no content that sexualizes minors or depicts anyone who looks underage. We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement.
• Ignore consent or limits. No pressuring, threatening, stalking or harassing anyone, and no continuing to contact someone after they've said no, unmatched or blocked you.
• Share intimate images without consent. Never post or send anyone's photos or private information without their permission, including screenshots of other members' messages or profiles.
• Post explicit photos on your profile. Profile photos are screened, and nudity and sexually explicit images aren't allowed in them.
• Buy or sell sex, or advertise anything. No escorting, sex work solicitation, paid "arrangements", spam, or promotion of other sites or services.
• Pretend to be someone else, lie about your age, or use someone else's photos.
• Post hate or threats, including content that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or kink.
• Break the law, or use Hank-e to scam, extort or exploit anyone.
• Mess with the app: no bots, scraping, hacking, or getting around blocks, bans or safety features.

5. Reporting and moderation

Every profile has a report button, and you can block anyone at any time. Reporting someone also blocks them. We review reports, usually within 24 hours, and act on them.

We may remove content, limit what an account can do, or remove an account entirely if we believe someone has broken these terms or put others at risk, with or without warning. We may also share information with law enforcement when the law requires it or someone's safety is at stake.

6. Your content

You own what you post: your photos, your profile and your messages. By posting on Hank-e, you give us permission to store, display and process it so we can run the app, for example to show your profile to other members and screen your photos. That permission is non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free, and it ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we need to keep something under our Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for what you post, and you promise you have the right to post it.

7. Meeting people safely

We don't run criminal background checks or verify identities, and we can't control how members behave on or off the app. You're responsible for your own interactions. Some practical advice:

• Get to know someone in the app before meeting, and meet somewhere public first.
• Tell a friend where you're going and who you're meeting.
• Agree on limits and a safeword before any scene, and stop when either of you says stop.
• Never send money to someone you've met on Hank-e.

8. Alpha software

Hank-e is in an early test. Features may change or disappear, things will sometimes break, and we may reset or limit test accounts. Your feedback helps us decide what to build, and you agree we can use it without owing you anything.

9. Paid features

Hank-e is free during the alpha. If we add paid features later, we'll show the price and terms before you buy. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play follow those stores' payment and refund rules.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Delete account. We can suspend or remove your account as described in section 5, or stop offering Hank-e altogether. Sections 6, 11 and 12 still apply after your account ends.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Hank-e is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises about it, including that it will always work, be error-free, or find you a match, and we aren't responsible for what members say or do.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hank-e won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for anything resulting from your interactions with other members. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

You agree to cover our costs if a claim is brought against us because you broke these terms or the law.

12. General

• We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Hank-e after that, you accept the new terms.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
• If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't given up the right to.
• Apple and Google aren't parties to these terms and aren't responsible for Hank-e.
